Shipping policy
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (seasonal launches, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as a small business.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is a flat $7.99 anywhere in Canada. Orders of $60 or more ship free.
We currently ship only within Canada.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Delays and Issues
We are not responsible for shipping delays once packages have been handed to the carrier. Weather or postal delays may affect delivery times.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:
- Check with household members and neighbours
- Contact your local post office with your tracking number
- If unresolved, email us at emberhaven@hotmail.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim if needed.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email emberhaven@hotmail.com within 48 hours with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage and packaging
We will work with you to replace the damaged items or issue store credit if applicable.
