1. What are wax melts and how do I use them?
Wax melts are scented pieces of wax that you melt in a wax warmer to release fragrance—no flame required. Just pop one or two cubes into your warmer and enjoy!

2. How long does the scent last?
Each cube lasts approximately 8 to 12 hours, depending on your warmer and the room size. For stronger warmers, the scent may burn off slightly faster.

3. What kind of wax do you use?
We use clean-burning coconut wax, sourced from trusted Canadian suppliers, with phthalate-free fragrance oils. Our candles have natural wood wicks and burn for 50+ hours.

4. Are your products pet-safe?
Our melts are free of phthalates and parabens, but we always recommend using wax melts in a well-ventilated area and keeping them out of reach of pets and children.

5. Do you offer returns?
We do not accept returns, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery. We’re happy to replace the item or offer store credit where appropriate.

6. How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a flat $7.99 anywhere in Canada, and free on orders of $60 or more. Orders ship via Canada Post and usually arrive within 3–7 business days. Tracking info is provided with every order.

7. Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we ship within Canada only.

8. How should I clean out my wax warmer?
Let the wax cool completely, then gently pop it out. You can also place your warmer dish in the freezer for a few minutes to help release the wax easily.

9. Can I mix and match scents?
Absolutely! Many of our customers enjoy blending cubes to create custom fragrances. Go ahead and experiment—there are no rules!

10. Do you make custom scents or bulk orders for events?
